1 Million Meals

Arvest has launched their 1 Million Meals initiative to raise 1 million meals via donations of non-perishable food items and monetary contributions. Over a 2 month span, Arvest will hold a bank wide effort to provide 1 million meals or more to those in need. By partnering with 60 Food Banks in Arkansas, Kansas, Missouri and Oklahoma, the money and food donated will stay local and help our neighbors who are struggling with food insecurity.

This year, rather than their traditional fall timeframe, Arvest has decided to begin their initiative in the spring months leading into summer to meet the “spring gap” often experienced by Food Banks at this time. Due to decreased donations and an increase in need during the summer months, Arvest has stepped up to the plate, through fundraising events, nonperishable food drives and other volunteer activities, to raise 1 million meals.

3 Easy Ways to Donate:

  1. Donate via Phone – Customers can make a $1 (or more) donation by calling (866) 952-9523. Funds will be drawn directly from your Arvest account.

  2. Donate via Mail – Mail a check to Arvest Bank Operations, ATTN: 1MM, P.O. Box 799, Lowell, AR 72745. Include 1 Million Meals in the memo line of the check.

  3. Donate in a Branch – Stop by your local Arvest Bank branch. Cash and check contributions accepted.

In addition to traditional ways to donate, Arvest will also donate $1 each time you follow Arvest on Instagram, like or share their 1 Million Meals Facebook posts, or retweet their 1 Million Meals tweets on Twitter on April 15 and May 13. As of April 23rd, Arvest had already secured 522,681 meals. With your help, Arvest and the Northwest Arkansas Food Bank can continue the fight against hunger.
